Junior rail obligations continued to attract most attention. There was a slightly easier tone among utilities. United States Gov- ernments were quiet but steady. LONDON, July 16.—International copper interests’ representatives con- cluding a two-day meeting behind closed doors, announced today the copper restriction agreement would be adhered to. The representatives, from the United States, Rhodesia, Belgium and Great Britain, announced “During March last, an agreement for the restriction of production was reached by the principal copper pro- cucers outside the United States. At that time, provisions were made for holding meetings in the future to con- sider the situation from time to time. “A meeting was held July 15 and 16 at which it was confirmed that the agreement for the restriction ot production is being fully adhered to.
