Md., June 29.—Walter Adams Johnson, 57, well known flori- culturist and lecturer, died suddenly on the country estate of Mrs. J. D. Maxwell, near here, at noon today from what pkysicians said was angina pectoris. It is said he had never been ill with heart trouble before. He died shortly after his wife, Dorothy Biddle, who ecits the Garden Digest, had delivered a lecture before the Assoclated Garden Clubs of Kent County. Both live in Pleasantville, N. Y. Johnson leaves his widow, three daughters and a son. His body will be taken to Pleasantville for burial. J., who was stricken fatally Friday at Georgetown Uni- versity, was announced yesterday. Services will be held in the Chapel of St. William in Copley Hall, in- stead of Dahigren Chapel and the office of the dead will be said tonight at 7:45 o'clock. The funeral mass will be tomorrow at 9 o'clock, fol. lowed by interment in the college cementery. Father Brown, who was 66 years old, was formerly rector of Bt.
