June 4 —With Okla- homa agzain leading the way among the major producing areas, total daily average production in the United States showed a dcrease of 40.005 bar- rels, dropping from 2.624.976 to 2,584.- 971 barrels daily, the Oil and Gas Journal reports. Oklahoma's production was 494.7 compared with 523.650 barrels the previous week. a “reduction of 28775 barrels daily. Kansas had a slight in- crease of 325 barrels daily from 152.- 900 to 153.22 Total Texas 4.950 barrels to 1.051.203 barrels. and East Texas showed a reduction of 4.328 barrels to 468.097 barrels, com- pared with 472925 the previous week.
