All boys and girls who have not reached their 19th birthday anniversary and who live within a radius of 20 miles of the Capital are eligible to enter and fly airpianes which they have made themselves. The contest will be under direction of a special model airplane commit- tee,” headed by Edward H. Young, | chairman, and including as members Miss Edna M. Gardner, William Buell and Paul Edward Garber. Prizes will be awarded upon a basis of points and trophies will be pre- sented at College Park Airport Sun- day afternoon, May 5, as a feature of the Langley day air meet.
