D., yester- day announced his resignation as pastor of the Second Congregational Church, where he has occupied the pulpit for nearly 18 years. Mr. Huckel said he had reached the official retirement age for Con- gregational ministers. He is 71. At one time he was college chaplain at Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore.
