From Constitution avenue south on Seventeenth street to Paul Jones Statue thence east around Tidal Basin road. 3. From Constitution avenue south on Sixteenth street to Tidal Basin, thence east along Tidal Basin road. 4. From Constitution avenue south on Fifteenth street roadway through the Monument Grounds to Tidal Basin. 5. South on Fourteenth street, turn- ing right immediately south of out- let bridge, thence west around Tidal Basin road. 6. Persons entering the city from Virginia and the South will proceed across the Highway Bridge to the first road on the left, thence to the Tidal Basin road. 7.
