SPORTS City Bowling Association Will Worr DISPUTES LIKELY TOENLIVENPARTY New Methods of Managing‘ Big Tournaments Among | Leading Problems. BY ROD THOMAS. HERE may be a few arguments to enliven the annual meeting | and election of the Washington Duckpin Association today at 8 o'clock in the oak room of the Ral- eigh Hotel. Much has been said lately of mak- ing the Campbell sweepstakes an in- vitation affair, with only bowlers of | the highest caliber being permitted to compete and with the entry fee| greatly reduced.
