LeFevre, 36, District fhanager of construction materials for the Riverton Lime Co., today was selected as foreman of the special grand jury called to investigate charges of fraud in connection with & public works irrigation project ‘n Texas. The jury is composed of 20 men and 3 women. Assistant United States Attorney John W, Fihelly, who has been as- | signed to handle the case, said he ‘expected to begin presenting evidence to the jury this afternoon.
