Cooke, and the crew of the 4-inch- 50-caliber gun No. 4, destroyer U. 8. 8. Elliott. The Daughters of the American Rev- olution Anti-aircraft Trophy, competed for by the battleship, heavy and light cruiser classes, was awarded to the fol- lowing ships in their respective classes: U.
