More About Safe Raw Milk And Its Deserved Place in the Nutritional Diet An eminent authority, Prof. E. Sprawson, M. C,, M.R.CS,, LR.CP, LDS, calls attention to the very important fact that physiologically milk passes di- rectly from mother to child at body temperature and logically submits that, for example, in case of blood transfusions, were it to be pasteurized or sterilized these processes would destroy or so alter the quality as to render it useless. Every scientific opigion and every practical ex- periment proves that OIQLY RAW MILK furnishes the natural nutrients in their full vitality and assim- ilable form. Only one thing is necessary—that it be CLEAN MILK—from CLEAN COWS—living in a CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. These authorities point out that pasteurization is a commercial expedient in the handling of milk from indiscriminate sources. If milk is truly clean, it doesn’t require pasteurization. On the other hand, no amount of pasteurization can make unclean milk clean. Ask your physician as to the scientific accuracy of these opinions which accord to RAW MILK max- imum nutritional qualities; and visit Arylawn Farms and satisfy yourself that the purity of the milk is safe- guarded beyond any possibility of contamination. Several of Washington’s leading physicians are themselves regular users of the PURE JERSEY RAW MILK from AYRLAWN FARMS; as well as prescribing it for their patients. * Ayrlawn Farms Raw Milk IS Safe Milk The conditions at Ayrlawn Farms are 100% per- fect, and earn such ratings from the health depart- ment. Not only is every drop of the milk Jersey milk —the richest of all milk—but it is absolutely pure. Unremitting care is exercised over the cows, what they feed upon, and housing conditions. Not only the cows themselves, but every attendant is given frequent and thorough inspection. And every six months these attendants are required to undergo a blood test. Thus, raw milk from Ayrlawn Farms cannot be anything but clean and pure—positively free from all disease- - - producing germs and of the highest nutritional quali- ties.
