LEONARDTOWN, Md., April 9.—The St. Marys County Council of the Six Rural Women's Clubs are planning & Co- lonial costume ball in the Community Hall, at Cedar Point, Md., near here, ‘Wednesday, at 8 o'clock, and to make it one of the most interesting affairs that the county club organization has ever held. Already arrangements have been completed and the special commit- tees have been appointed to see that every detall will be carried out.
