By the Associated Press. LEXINGTON, Ky.. ' April 2—Very Rev. Robert K. Massie, 68, retired dean of Christ Church Cathedral. Episcopal, died at his home here last night after a long iliness. He was dean of the cathe- dral from 1913 to 1928, when he retired because of poor heaith. Born in Charlottesville, Va.. he was educated in sthools there, attended the University of Virginia and Virginia Theological Semingry. After ordina- tion he served a short time as & mis- sionary in Shanghai, China. Returning, he servea as rector of Meade Parish. Upperville, Va., and later was elected to the chair of ecclesiastical history and canon law at Virginia Theological Seminary, where he served until elected dean of the cathedral here.
