MEXICALI, Mexico, March 10 (P).— Instructions to Mexican customs officzs in border cities from Mexico City have caused a strict inspection of all vehicles entering Mexico for possible smuggled ammunition. The order is understood to apply especially to Nogales, Ariz., and El Paso, Tex., border traffic.
