Bennett, jr. has been besleged by judges, police authorities and others with questions as to how they can en- force the n~w law. The attorney general announced that written applications may bs made for the new permits, and may be accepted as the required form until the neces- sary blanks with spaces for fingerprints and photographs are prepared.
