The grammar-school gradu- ate usually reaches his maximum earn- ing capacity at 30, the high-school graduate at 45, but the college man keeps on increasing his income up to 60 years of age, with a much longer period ahead of continued earning capacity, Mr. McNinch said. Classes opened at the College ‘of Liberal Arts yesterday for the seventh year. Enrollment at the college, ac- cording to Dr. George.B. Woods, dean |* of the college, is 7 per cent higher than last year. SUMATRA TOBACCO MEN END INDENTURED LABOR By the Associated Press. American tobacco growers have de- manded that the Government bar Su- mnn tobacco used for cigar wrappers n_the ground that it 1s produced by 1ndemured labor.
