They will spend about a week with their parents in Wash- ington and the former will sail for Europe and his brother will be in New York during the Summer and will enter Yale in the Autumn. Upon his return from abroad, Mr. John Reed will ma- triculate at Harvard Law School. Mrs. Henry P. Davison. mother of Assistant Secretary of War, Mr. F. Trubee Davison, opened the gardens of Peacock Point, her estate at Locust Valley yesterday afternoon for _the benefit of the Wayside Home for Girls at Valley Stream. Mrs. Davison was assisted in recelving by her daughter- in-law, Mrs. Davison, who also opened her garden in the same estate for the benefit. 3 Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clinton Henry will close their house tomorrow and leave for Poland Springs, Me., to spend the remainder of the Summer.
