BAR CONVENTION WANTED HERE IN 1932 District Lawyers Instruct Dele- gates to Do Everything Possible to Gain Meeting. | The 1932 convention of the American | Bar Assoctation will be held in Wash- ington if the efforts of the District Bar Association, inaugurated at a meeting Wednesday night, are successful. The d_of directors was instructed to bring the meeting to Washington at all costs, and was given unlimited powers to aid in this accomplishment. More than 120 lawyers attended the meeting at the Cosmos Club. A lively contest over the abolition of the initia- tion fee of the association resulted in a victory for opponents of the fee.
