A, commander of the R. O. T. C. Department. Maj. Gen. Albert J. Bowley, assistant chief of staff for personnel, War De- partment, will be the reviewing officer, and Lieut Col. Campbell B. Hodges, military aide to President Hoover, will be senior judge of the competitive events. The Washington Chamber of Com- erce will award four silver loving cups to the cadets ranking first in their re- spective classes in military effielency. Other competitive prizes will be award- | ed. The feature event will be the annual company competitive drill. A Washington boy, Luther W. Grey, is the cadet lieutenant colonel in com- msnd of the cadet regiment this year. Besides Col.
