On May 2, 1927, the court is told, Mrs. McCarthy was compelled to leave her husband on account of allegedly cruel treatment. The wife says McCarthy has admitted associating with other women and declares her husband has spent a great deal of time in various hospitals recovering from the. effects ot drinking.
