The entire tract has been treated as an entity in laying out the general de- velopment program, which has been studied for 12 months. Plans for the development have been drawn by Horace W. Peaslee, Washing- ton architect and a vice president of the American Institute of Architects Miss Rose Greely is the landscape arch- itect. Development will be under the supervision of Harry K. Boss.
