' SOCIETY The President and Mrs. Hoover Honor Guests at Dinner of Secretary and Mrs. HE President and Mrs. Hoover were entertained at dinner last evening by the Secretary of State and Mrs. Henry L. Stim- son in their home, Woodley, on Cathedral avenue. The fete was the third of the series of dinners given annually in honor of the Chief Execu- tive and First Lady by the Vice Presi- dent, the members of the cabinet and | the Speaker of the House. The Vice President, Mr. Charles Curtis, gave his dinner to the President and Mrs. Hoover December 9, and December 16 the Speaker and Mrs. Nicholas Longworth were hosts at dinner in honor of President and. Mrs. Hoover. Invited to meet the honor guests last evening were Mr. Justice and Mrs. Harlan Fiske Stone, Maj. Gen. and Mrs. Frank R. McCoy, Mr. and Mrs. James R.
