Acting under a petition of the vestry of Christ Church Parish, filed through Attorney George C. Gertman, Justice Jesse C. Adkins has authorized the sale of the church property at Fourth and M streets southeast, and appointed Mr. Gertman trustee to make the sale. ‘The vestry informed the court that a part of the land was donated in 1878 and that a clause in the deed required hhé property to be n:ud forznv:lx; w; Te- ous purpases, Under & DEalty of re- verter to the donors upon failure so to use it.
