HOLLYWOOD, Calif,, December 1 (N.AN.A) —Two things seem to be 'nrryl:' u\a Hollywooden heads plenty ays: ‘What is to become of the authors who have thrived these past years on gener- ous studio salaries and have been given contracts of a year or more? And how is the local version of the Hollywood play, “Once in a Lifetime,” to be cast? c ‘The first problem is the more serious. Some time ago moguls got together in that slick little way that they have and decided that the writing boys and girls ‘who had been rolling up incomes which warranted foreign cars and swimming ls were saving their best efforts for ves. -Occasionally a play drifted out of the llage and made good on the main street of old New York, and a book or two was ground out.
