GUNTERSVILLE, Ala, October 4.— Grey-haired and bent with 70 years of age, James F. It was Tom, Neely told officers, that killed Cooley. Neely, however, previ- ously had said he killed his antagonist. At an inquest Tuesday he entered a plea of not guilty.
