NEW YORK, July 1.—Bishop Charles Mrzena of the Czechoslovakian Ortho- dox Catholic Church in the United States was indicted yesterday with 18 others by a Federal grand jury for al- | leged conspiracy to violate the Federal | prohibition laws. It is charged they misued sacra- mental wine permits, diverting as much as 200 gallons at a time for use as a beverage. The jury returned a presentment eriticizing the handling of sacramental permits by the office of Maj. Maurice Campbell, prohibition administrator for the New York district, who recently tendered his resignation from Govern- ment service.
