Vernon Haw-| thorne to padlock the Capone home. Robinson, whose home is close to the | Capone residence on Palm Island, ex- | clusive residential area, testified that | he had seen men walking about the | Capone grounds with pistols in_their | pockets or strapped to their hips on || several occasions. He also mentioned | the police guard that has been stationed at the grilled entrance to the Capone home by the City of Miami Beach. By the Associated Press. | NEW YORK, June 12—A national convention will be held at St. Louis this Fall under the auspices of the National Temperance League of Amer- ica, to consider repeal or “other lawful disposition” of the eighteenth amend- ment, Gen.
