SLOAT EXPIRES AT AGE OF 86 Native of Georgetown Had Resided Almost Continuously in ‘Washington. Mrs. Emma Jean Sloat, wife of the late Jesse B. Sloat, died yesterday at Walter Reed Hospital. She was 86 years old. The Sloat residence is at Fon- tanet Courts, Fourteenth and Fairmont streets. Born in Georgefown, Mrs. Sloat had resided almost continuously in Wash- ington.
