ATLANTA, Ga., June 3 (#).—Trial of | Joe Carr, M. H. Powers, Mary Dalton | and Ann Burlack, white, and Gilmer | Brady and Henry Story, colored, all said to be Communists, on charges of at- tempting to incite insurrection, a capital | offense in Georgia, has been set for June 19 before Superior Judge G. H. Howard in Fulton Superior Court.
