1OTH ANNIVERSARY * TOBE CELEBATE Federation of Churches Ar- ranges Special Service in Recognition of Date. The Washington Federation of Churches has planned a special service in recognition of the tenth anniversary of its organization Monday night, at 8 o'clock, in Mount Vernon Place Meth- odist Church South. Bishop Prancis J. ‘McConnell of New York will deliver the principal address. He will speak on some phase of co-operative work in our American cities. The executive committee will be elected, including the officers of the fed- aration. The eariy part of the program msist of three 10-minute addresses of a historical nature. Chancellor L. C. Clark of American University will talk about “The Early Days of the Federa- tion.” Dr. Earle Wilfley, pastor of the Vermont Avenue Disciples Church, will have as his theme “Ten Years of His- torv as a Pastor Sees It.” Dr. David A. Robertson, president, will discuss “The Program for the Future.” The meeting is open to the public, and all interested in the work of the federation are in- vited to be present. Plans are being made for a luncheon Monday, at_12:30 o'clock, in_honor of Bishop McConnell, at the Mayflower Hotel. Dr. Luther Reichelderfer and Gen.
