To handle the enormous traffic between Carthage and Tunis, the electric railway connecting the two places has made special ar- rangements to handle 7,000 passengers an_hour. The ceremonies will open Wednesday afternoon, May 7, with the reception of the cardinal legate and a procassion from the Port of Tunis to the Tunis Cathedral. There the pontfical bull will be read.
