Every Thursday, in every corner of America, people turn their radio dials to listen to the Voice That Reaches the Nation—the National Radio Forum. The Star has arranged the programs of the Forum, which have been sponsored by the Columbia Broadecasting Sys- tem, and have been brought to you over their nation-wide network through the key station in Washington, WMAL. Cabinet Members, Sena- tors, Representatives and other men of out- standing importance in affairs of the Govern- ment have discussed issues of the moment, have analyzed problems of current concern for you in this great Forum of the air. From far and near letters have come congratulating the National Radio Forum upon its first anniver- sary on the air. In celebration of this anniver- sary, The Star has prepared a gala program, of exceptional features, which will be pre- sented by the Forum Thursday Evening. Tune in WMAL or any other station of the great nation- wide network of the Columbia Broadcasting System next Thursday at 10:30 P.M. and hear this Anniversary Celebration Program. Secretary of Agriculture Arthur M. Hyde, Senator David I. Walsh of Massachusetts and Representative James M. Beck will be the featured speakers, who will discuss the future of America. Music by Columbia’s Symphonic Ensemble.
