Construction of an adequate head- quarters building for the National Aero- nautic Association in this city is one of 20 proposals for the promotion of aero- nautics approved in the program of the association for 1930, it was announced today following the annual meeting of the board of governors at the Carlton Hotel yesterday. Members of the board were present from points as far distant as Michigan and Missouri, several coming here by air. The program, which covers the fleld of lvatkm in this country in a broad way, was drawn up by the asso- ciation’s advisory board at a meeting here last month.
