C., WEDNESDAY, Companion of Youth Whose Head Pierced Auto Still in Coma Bernard Baumbach, 19 years old, of Ballston, Va., who was in- jured in an accident near the White House early Saturday morning, has not regained con- sciousness. This morning physi- cians at Emergency Hospital said that although he has been in coma for more than 100 hours his condition is slightly improved. He was hurt while riding be- hind Leslie R. Bartholomew is president of the Con- tinental Life Insurance Co. of Rich- mond, which has its main office in ‘Washington. Eason is counsel for the insurance company. Permission to refinance the second trust was granted last week by the Cir- cuit Court at Marlboro at the request of George W. Page, bank commissioner of Maryland, as receiver for the South ern Maryland Trust Co. which held $105,667.67 in second trust notes on the building under the former financial lan. The petition was filed by Commis- sioner Page through Ogle Marbury, spe- cial counsel in the case, and alleged that the $105,667.67 consisted of three notes, one of which was to Samuel J. Henry, former president of the South- ern Maryland Trust Co. and president of the F. H.
