Coffman sued or recovery of the stock on the ground that he had not been given proper notice that it was to be disposed of at public auction, and because of other alleged irregularities, and held that the price paid by Maj. Lee was “grossly inadequate.” Judge Peter, however, decided that the snle was made in good faith, but that he | would set it aside and declare it null and void because of improper notice.
