The warrant was sworn out by Miss Anna Horner, niece of Judge Henry Horner, who said she was one of the victims of the alleged fraud. Approximately $366,000 in cash had been acepted from customers, Carlsten said.. An additional $165,000 had been accepted by the Detroit office of the company. No trace of the missing money, estimated by the assistant at- torney general at $531,000, was found, he said. In recent months the concern has been dealing exclusively 1n trustee Standard Oil shares.
