EIERAN TOHOLD * REUNON LY 13 Old 110th Regiment of Field ‘Artillery Members Plan | for Meeting. Veb‘;nm of the old 110th Regiment of Pleld Artillery, which was composed of from the District of Columbia and Baltimore, members of the Ameri- can Expeditionary Forces overseas with the 20th Divislon during the World ‘War, will hold a reunion at the Pikes- viI's Armory, Baltimore, Saturday, July 13, according to plans now under way. The 1st Battalion, made up of Bat- teries A, B and C, was composed of boys from the old District of Columbia National Guard, and Col. Leroy W. Herron of this city was in command. Battery A was made up of men from the old A and B Batteries of Fleld Ar- tillery of the Distyict National Guard, ‘while B and C Batteries were composed of four former Cavalry troops of the old National Guard here. The 2d Battalion of the regiment ‘was made up of Baltimore boys, the men who served in old Battery A of the Baltimore National Guard being used as a nucleus around which to re- cruit the necessary personnel for the three batteries—D, E and F—of which the 2d Battalion was comj . Col. ‘Washington Bowle, jr., of Baltimore was regimental commander. ‘The Tegiment was in training as a w of the 29th Division in Gamp Mc- n l.lln and salled overseas in June, 18. Aside from transportation costs, there will be no expense for the former en- listed men attending the reunion, it is announced, all expense being taken care ©of by the former officers of the regiment and special funds. ‘There will be an all-day program, the feature of which will be the opportun- ity for the men who made up the old regiment to mingle with their buddies and meet old acquaintances, separated by years, but whose tthoughts cling to the memories of the old outfit, which was known for its spirit of fellowship. A base ball game and a polo game bétween members of the old 110th and members of the new National Guard regiment are being arranged. . HEAD OF UNIVERSITY FILES DIVORCE SUIT Dr. Little, Retiring President of | Michigan Institution, Seeks Decree. By the Assoclated Press. w ARBOR, Mich., June 25.—Ap- proximately three months after the action was filed in Circult Court here 1t was learned last night that Dr. Clar- ence Cook Little, retiring president of the University of Michigan, has filed suit for divorce from Mrs. Katherine Andrews Little. Delay in learning of the suit was |Q! caused by a court order suppressing the plea until the date set for its hearing, August 20. The order also made it impossible to ascertain certainly the allegations upon which President Lit- tle’s action is based. From good au- thority, however, it was learned the principal item is “incompatability of temperament.” Dr. Little left here Saturday for Mount Desert, Me., where he will con- duct eancer research work, and Mrs. Little is believed to be visiting two sons, who are students at a school near Boston. Dr. Little resigned about two months ago under pressure from a board of regents, which did not sym- pathize with his views or plans. Dr. and Mrs. Little were married in 1911. They have, beside the twp boys, a daughter, who is in high school here. THE EVENING STAR, d-'Season COATS / Are Now the Vogue Pastel.
