MAN IS BELIEVED SLAINBY GANGMEN Kidnéping Scene in Which Sub-Machine Gun Figured Described to Police. By the Associated Press. CHICAGO, May 24 —Somewhere around Chicago today police were expecting to find the body of a man kilied machine guns. The man in the cab protested, saying: “Ernie, remember I am a married man. Please.” The other snarled, “Never mind, get out or I'll shoot you where you are.” | The passenger got out and was driven away in the other car, Oliver told po- | lice.” There were four' members of the kidnaping party. Police believe the leader of the gun- | men may have been Ernie Rossi, wanted in connection with the Phillip Blumen- thal kidnaping and the subsequent slaying of Policeman Ray Martin.
