J., May 24— Plans for organization of a “textile forum” for discussion of problems in the cotton industry were announced | today by Lincoln Baylies, president of the Natfonal Association of Cotton Manufacturers, at the opening of the crgantzation’s annual convention | The convention is being held jointly with that of the American Cotton Man- ufacturers’ Association.
