NEW YORK, May 10 (#).—New Jer- sey Zinc Co. reports first quarter net income of $2,026,934, against $1,649,027 in the corresponding period of 1928, equivalent to $4.13 a share on the com- mon, compared with $4.07 in the pre- ceding_quarter and $3.36 in the first quarter of 1928 H National Family Stores, Inc., reportedl‘ today that sales for the first qusrter of the fiscal year, beginning February 1, increased 330 per cent over the corre- | sponding period of last year.
