WASHINGTON, CHURCH PLANS FOR DOUBLE PROGRAMS Service to Be Held for Junior {Congregation as Well as Regular Sermon. ’ At the Mount Vernon Place Church, “Ninth and K streets, tomorrow morning Dr. W. A. Lambeth, pastor, will speak n “Representative Methodists.” At the | same hour, 11 o'clock. in the Sunday School auditorium, Rev. Haskell R. Deal, junior preacher, will hold a serv- ice for the junior congregation, his subject being “Our Obligation to Serve.” At the evening service, at 8 o'clock, the pastor will preach on “Believing the Best.” At the monthly meeting of the Senior Epworth League Tuesday evening offi- cers will be elected. The board of stewards will meet ‘Wednesday at 8 p.m. The Woman's Missionary Society will hold an anniversary celebration Wed- nesday at 8 o'clock. The service will be in charge of Circle No. 3, Mrs. Ida Rhodes Groover, leader. The mission- ary topic to be discussed is “Mothers and Daughters.” A social will follow the meeting.
