48 MARINES' CONDUCT LAUDED BY ADMIRAL Commander ‘of Special Squadron Commends Men on Nicaraguan Duty. Commendation of the Marines of the Battle fleet and scouting fleet who Bave been on duty in Nicaragua was ven yesterday by Rear Admiral David ', Seilers, commander of the special service squadron, in a communication made public at the Navy Department.
