PHILADELPHIA, January 18.—The State Supreme Court yestarday decidad, that neither Judge Leopcia C. Glass nor Judge Chaiies L. Brown was legally president judge of the Municipal Court and directed that a new ‘election be held to fill the office not later than next Monday. The case came before the Supreme Court when a dispute arose as to who was the head of the court. On January 7 the board of ten judges comprising the court met for the routine business and when a proposal was made to elect a successor to President Judge Glass, the latter ruled that he had been -‘»lg‘girlu-d for a five-year term expiring in Judge Glass called upon the sheriff to guard his offices, ‘The Supreme Court declared that the meeting at which Brown was declared elected president judge was not legal because proper notice of the proposed meeting had not been given to all ten Jjudges. 3 Col.
