NEW YORK, December 25.—A charge of disorderly conduct by Winifred Sackville Stoner, 2d, against Robert Loeb, a stock broker, in connection with a dispute over an $8,000 bracelet was dismissed by a magistrate in Yofk- ville Court yesterday. CHICAGO, December 25.—A disgruntled loser who had been tossed out of a South Side gambling house two weeks ago, yesterday shot and killed the doorman of the place and was himself killed by a guard.
