Schbab, in an address today before the American Iron & Steel Institute, of which he is president, declared the United States “as a whole is still in the Migh tide of prosperity and prospects for the immediate future are unusually favorable.” “The unemployment which existed in some measure a few months ago has lpssened,” he said. “Workers generally are now fully employed and at good wages.
