Jewell, superintendent of St. Margaret’s Sunday School, this city, and secretary of the Commission on’ Religious Education of the Episco- pal Church in the Province of Wash- ington, will leave Monday for the Eastern Shore of Maryland, where he will conduct four institutes of religious education on four successive days. This scries of institutes has been ar- ranged by the Department of Religious Education of the Diocese of Easton, of which Rev. 8. R. MacEwan is chairman. The party will be accompanied to Salisbury, where the first institute will be held February 7, by Right Rev. George W. Davenport. bishop of Easton. Other institutes will be held February 8 at Easton; February 9 at Chestertown, and February 10 at Elkton. At each place, in_addition to devotional services and local announcements, there will be three addresses each day, one for church school workers, one for young people and one for parents and other adults, all in the interest of religious education.
