JESSUP, Ga., November 30.—Mrs. Ernest Dyal, a young widow, charged in open court yesterday that W. B. Aycock, chief of the county police, had shot down and killed her husband without provocation last August. Her account differed from that of Aycock, who is on trial for murder. The police officer said he shot Dyal when the lat- ter menaced him with a gun.
