Some men and women allow the courts to appoint Administrators for their estates. Prudent men and women select a manager for what they will leave behind them, and name that manager as Executor in their : The court might selcct an Administrator who would please you. You would be sure to like your Executor if you made the selection yourself. It is a matter of your choice; or the choice of the court. An Administrator, appointed by a court, would follow the cast iron ruleslaid down by the code. An Executor would follow your own wishes as expressed in your Will. Here is a difference of great importance to you—of vital importance to those whom you will leave behind. An Administrator would have to divide your estate if there were more than one heir; but you could instruct your Executor to hold your estate together. if you thought that a good thing to do. Here is another thing of great importance to your property and the people it must support. Have your attorney make your Will; name the American Security, with its conservative, experienced officers, as your Executor: tell it what to do; and you may be sure that your desires will be fulfilled. Before you talk td vour attorney, write or ask for a copy of our booklet, "The American Security Plan for Conserving Your Prop- erty.” It will help you to plan a complete Will.
