Howard Livingstone, former States sailor, is to be married in his home here hour of his reported death two years ago. On February 17, 1925, Living- stone’s parents were notified of his death in Shanghai Harbor, China. Investigation disclosed the report unfounded. He will celebrate the second anniversary of the event by taking a wife, Miss Lilllan Moller of Pittsburgh.
