A resolution to request Congress to take action toward “merging” all territory within a radius of approxi- mately 25 miles of the Capitol with the District of Columbia, to allow for the future expansion of this city, was adopted at a meeting of the Southeast Citizens' Association in the southeast branch of the Public Library last night. Election of officers also was held.
