FOUR DIE IN TEXAS FIRES. Mother, Child and Sister Burn at Hillsboro—Rich Man Killed. DALLAS, Tex., September 15 (#).— Four persons were burned to death in two early morning fires in Texas yes- terday. Mrs. Florine Tippett, her son, Ray, 3 and sister, Dean Roberts, perished when a rooming place and three busi- ness establishments were razed at Hillsboro. J. J. Davidson and Joe Mye were serfously burned. W. Ray, 67, wealthy Texas cot- ton gin owner, was overcome by smoke and fatally burned when fire swept a grain company building adjoining his gln at Waco.
